Yubo Zhang received his Ph.D in physics from Harbin Institute of Technology in 2012 with his Ph.D training mainly carried out at the Shanghai Institute of Ceramics, Chinese Academy of Sciences (SICCAS). After that, he did a two-year postdoc in SICCAS. He joined Temple University as a postdoc within the group of Prof. Xifan Wu in the Department of Physics in 2014. He was a research assistant professor in the “Center for the Computational Design of Functional Layered Materials (CCDM)”.
