The Lists

Two CCDM mailing lists are now available.  Individuals on each mailing list will be able to send to, and receive messages from, that specific list.

members_ccdm@listserv.temple.edu consists of all current members within the Center. 
Interestedparties_ccdm@listserv.temple.edu consists of interested parties (aka our affiliates)

SENDING MESSAGES:  YOU → PEOPLE ON THE MAILING LIST(S)

  1. In the "send to" address portion of your draft e-mail, use "members_ccdm@listserv.temple.edu," or "Interestedparties_ccdm@listserv.temple.edu," or both. 
  2. Compose the body of the e-mail.
  3. Send.
  4. You will receive a request from the mailing list(s), asking you to confirm that you want the message to be distributed.  This confirmation request decreases the risk of automated phishing or spamming attempts being distributed to the Center and its affiliates, should your e-mail account be compromised. 
  5. If you want your message distributed, confirm.
  6. When the message has been successfully distributed to individuals on the mailing list(s), you will get a confirmation message from each list.

REPLYING TO MESSAGES: YOU → ORIGINAL SENDER

Reply to the original sender, as you would in for any regular e-mails. 

REPLYING TO MESSAGES: YOU → MAILING LIST(S)
