I completed my B.Sc. and M.Sc. in physics from Tribhuvan University, Nepal. I was admitted to the Department of Physics at Temple University in fall 2015. I joined the Borguet group in February 2017 with the desire to explore the experimental aspects of science.

Research interests:

  • Ultrafast spectroscopy and non-linear optics to study surfaces,  interfaces and exciton dynamics of layered 2D materials and their heterostructures
  • Understanding and exploring nobel properties of materials using optical and scanning probe techniques 
  • Nanotechnology
