Ian McKendry recieved his B.S. in chemistry from Saint Joseph’s University in 2012. Here he worked under Dr. Peter Graham in synthesizing and developing organometallic tungsten complexes for CO2 activation. In the fall of 2012, he joined Dr. Michael Zdilla’s lab here at Temple University, where he has investigated a range of research topics seen below.
Research Interests
Metal-oxides for heterogeneous water oxidation catalysis, manganese cluster chemistry, metal-metalloid nanoparticle synthesis and application, incorporation of inorangic nanoparticles and cluster into protein framework
